Your Opportunity Reporting to the Business Intelligence Coordinator, the Business Intelligence Analyst will be a critical player in managing the company’s data ecosystem. This role involves ensuring accurate data collection, analysis, and the provision of actionable insights. The analyst will work closely with key stakeholders across various departments to understand and address their data needs, develop and implement data products and dashboards, and foster a data‑driven environment. Responsibilities Assess business stakeholders’ needs and support successful migration from SSRS to Power BI. Collaborate with Retail, Merchandising, Finance and other departments to address challenges and deliver data‑driven solutions. Drive operational excellence through daily team meetings, ticket management and problem‑solving discussions. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns and actionable insights for business decisions. Provide strategic support by delivering insights and recommendations to the business team. Use analytical skills to solve complex problems, track performance and enable rapid decision‑making. Configure and implement accurate data collection and build data products in Power BI. Ensure data governance, quality and consistency across all sources and systems. Collaborate with Data & IT to adopt new technologies and methodologies. Train and educate business users on Power BI tools and best practices to promote a data‑driven culture. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a similar BI role. Proven experience with data transformation projects, preferably migrating from legacy systems to Power BI. Experience with Power BI and Paginated Reports. Strong SQL skills for structured and unstructured data. Knowledge of ETL/ELT, data modeling and reporting. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
