IT Systems Integration & Infrastructure Specialist (6-Month Contract) Job Type: Contract position | Full time position Job Description About the Role: ReSource Pty Ltd is seeking a highly capable and forward-thinking IT Systems Integration & Infrastructure Specialist on a 6‑month contract. This role is critical in modernising and streamlining our technology environment across multiple business units, including e‑waste recycling, equipment sales, and solar panel recovery. You will be responsible for integrating a wide range of operational systems, standardising device management, strengthening our cloud‑based file ecosystem, and resolving current bottlenecks in our camera network infrastructure. This position suits an autonomous problem‑solver who thrives in a fast‑moving environment and takes pride in delivering outcomes that make a measurable impact. Key Responsibilities 1. Systems Integration & API Connectivity Integrate multiple platforms so they communicate seamlessly via APIs, including: Xero, ReMatter ERP, Razor ERP, Zoho, Fireflies, Weighbridge and floor‑scale systems, Camera and site‑monitoring systems. Develop robust data flows ensuring synchronisation, accuracy, and automation across business operations. Document integration architecture and provide ongoing optimisation recommendations. 2. SharePoint Structure, SOPs & Cloud Backup Audit, reorganise, and refine our SharePoint environment to create a clean, logical, and scalable file management structure. Implement a secure cloud backup solution for SharePoint. Build Scribe‑based SOPs training staff on correct data‑saving behaviour, preventing local‑device file storage, and how to manage and access files through SharePoint. 3. Device Management via Miradore Enrol all company devices (laptops, phones, tablets) into the Miradore MDM system. Standardise configuration, security policies, and update procedures. Create clear, step‑by‑step Scribe SOPs detailing onboarding, offboarding, and device‑lifecycle management. 4. Dahua Camera Network Throughput & Upgrade Plan Diagnose root causes of network congestion within the Dahua camera system. Assess bandwidth constraints, switching infrastructure, and storage flow. Deliver a CapEx hardware‑upgrade roadmap with proposed equipment, cost estimates, recommended vendors, and implementation sequence. About You Has deep practical experience with API integrations and systems automation. Understands SharePoint at an architectural level (not just user level). Is confident with MDM platforms (Miradore preferred but similar systems acceptable). Has strong networking knowledge, particularly relating to CCTV and bandwidth management. Communicates clearly and can turn complex workflows into simple SOPs. Works independently, takes initiative, and drives projects through to completion. Required Skills & Experience Demonstrated experience integrating cloud software and ERPs using APIs. Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and cloud backup strategies. Experience with MDM/EMM systems (Miradore highly regarded). Solid networking fundamentals (switching, PoE, bandwidth analysis, diagnostics). Experience with CCTV infrastructure (Dahua experience a strong plus). Ability to create high‑quality SOPs and documentation using tools like Scribe.
