Air-Freight Coordinator Join to apply for the Air- Freight Coordinator role at Consulting Services . We are currently seeking an experienced Airfreight Import Coordinator with excellent organisational, time management skills and a personable disposition to keep a team thriving and wanting to excel. The ideal candidate will have a natural ability to positively work as part of a collaborative team and roll with the punches, be flexible to handle anything that might come their way and display resilience during busy periods. Location: Eagle Farm, Brisbane Salary: A$70,000.00 - A$85,000.00 (A$45.00 per hour casual rate) Benefits Free and secured on-site parking for all staff Site relocating in January 2026 from Eagle Farm to Port of Brisbane Responsibilities & Objectives Safety – 1 x safety hazard per month via safety app EHSSE CTO Storage – Manage CTO storage costs carefully with a target of $0 B959's – Manage security clearances, Dangerous Goods Declarations etc to avoid applying for B959’s Export bond check – Check against twice weekly bond check and follow up with any shipments that have not been shipped within 24 hours Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal/external clients/stakeholders. Ensure accurate invoicing, greater than 98%; invoicing to be completed same day as cargo departure via Tango. Develop new processes in relation to "paperless processes" to ensure all objectives are met and address and communicate with origins failing to upload required documents into global platform ODM system. Drive good culture – Create a positive work environment to respect the culture we require. This role requires AOG (Aircraft On Ground) after hour and weekend rotational work. Solve customer complaints in conjunction with operational departments. Provide timely quotes within a 4-hour KPI response time. Ensure all emails are responded to within a 4-hour KPI time. Ensure all export cargo has flown as booked. Other duties as directed. Experience and Qualifications Good positive can-do attitude Minimum of 2 years' experience within Airfreight preferred, however a strong administrator can easily adapt and develop in the role Contact Please apply now or email Hannah Limond at for more information.
