About the Role We’re looking for a dynamic, relationship-driven Territory Manager to take ownership of Brisbane CBD and surrounding suburbs & Toowoomba. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a proven track record in the premium spirits industry to take their career to the next level. Key Responsibilities Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across both on-premise and off-premise channels. Strategically plan and consistently exceed targets, ensuring revenue and profit growth within your territory. Lead marketing campaigns, executing brief activities that resonate with customers and maximize brand exposure. Build strong knowledge of major liquor wholesalers and leverage those partnerships to drive business. Maintain an efficient call rate and meet the company’s requirements, ensuring strong presence and brand impact across the region. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying new business opportunities and innovative strategies. Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly with On-Premise Groups & Cocktail Culture, positioning Amber Beverage as a key player. Demonstrate Amber Beverage’s core values and vision in all interactions and decision-making. Be self‑motivated, goal‑driven, and passionate about delivering outstanding service and results. What We’re Looking For 3‑5 years of experience in the premium spirits category, ideally with established industry connections. Proven success in sales, with the ability to exceed targets and inspire those around you. Strong communication and presentation skills, with an unwavering commitment to integrity in business dealings. Exceptional CRM knowledge and administrative skills to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment. Why Amber Beverage Australia?
