National Relationship Manager, Global Brokers Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia • Salary: A$110,000.00 • Employment Type: Full‑time • Seniority Level: Mid‑Senior Chubb is a world leader in insurance, operating in 54 countries. About the Role As National Relationship Manager, you will lead the future of broker partnerships, developing and nurturing strategic relationships with nominated global insurance brokers. Working closely with the National Strategic Relationship Manager and broader Distribution Teams, you will drive both relationship and financial growth, serving as the central point of contact for broker‑related matters. Key Responsibilities Relationship Management: Develop and deliver a detailed engagement plan for all nominated brokers in collaboration with Distribution Teams across Australia. Stay up to date with broker business priorities and identify joint marketing opportunities. Strategic Planning: Partner with the Head of Distribution A&NZ and the National Strategic Relationship Manager, Global Brokers, to deliver Key Account Plans for each nominated global broker. Strategic Planning (continued): Support accelerated GWP growth in line with national objectives; collaborate with the NSW/ACT team to expand strategic global broking relationships in our largest state. Value Proposition: Develop, manage, and maintain a compelling value proposition with input from internal stakeholders (Product Managers, Marketing) and relevant external third‑party providers. Reporting & Analysis: Provide broker performance analysis and deliver insights into portfolio and product trends; recommend and implement strategic changes based on data‑driven analysis. Qualifications Minimum five years of experience in insurance products and services, marketing, or communications, ideally within Insurance or Financial services. Proven track record of developing and executing strategic account plans, demonstrating adaptability and proactive problem‑solving. Exceptional planning and project management skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to produce well‑crafted communications. Strong commercial awareness and customer focus, with a knack for building relationships with key executives in broking organizations. Comfortable in a corporate environment and collaborating with international teams, particularly in the US and Asia Pacific.
