Job Description About the role We are currently looking for a sales driven and customer-focused Relationship Manager. In this role, you’ll be responsible for promoting Resimac’s residential lending products across a national portfolio of accredited brokers while advancing Resimac’s market presence. You will own and manage a portfolio of new and existing accredited brokers, guiding them from application through to settlement, educatingthem on Resimac offering and build long-lasting partnerships. What you will doing: Develop new business opportunities through the identification and attraction of new brokers. Meet agreed sales targets and maintain strong relationships with the broker base. Provide high-quality technical support to Brokers offering scenario assistance and product guidance in a timely manner. Manage Application and Settlement work in progress (WIP) reports, updating systems as needed, and respond to Broker enquiries via phone and email and video call. Contribute to the preparation of training days and events for the team. Stay current on credit policies and front-end origination systems, ensuring Brokers are trained accordingly. Foster loyalty and satisfaction among Brokers within the Resimac Group. Onboard and upskill newly accredited to Resimac Brokers Address and assist with any issues related to loan applications for both Brokers and internal staff. Stay informed about competitor activities and make recommendations to maximize competitiveness. Assist in developing communication/marketing plans for new and existing products to enhance brand awareness and volumes. Cultivate strong internal relationships with key stakeholders. About you Minimum 2 - 3 years’ experience in residential lending. Specialist Lending experience preferable but not mandatory. Knowledge and understanding of the aggregators, retail mortgage products and target market. Knowledge of prime and non-conforming residential lending competitor products and policies. Have knowledge of the residential property market including current market conditions. Knowledge and understanding of the relevant State and Federal regulatory and corporate laws. Ability to build rapport and develop relationships. Ability to think and act strategically. Ability to solve complex problems. Commercially astute.
