What You’ll Do Lead and support a small but mighty team, including drivers, admin, and sales. Build strong relationships with our key customer and deliver exceptional service every day. Drive a safety‑first culture, ensuring everyone goes home safely, every day. Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, streamline operations, and meet performance targets. Track and analyse operational performance, identifying opportunities for improvement. Manage budgets, forecasts, and resources effectively. Be the go‑to problem solver for any escalations, quick thinking and calm under pressure. About You We need someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys collaborating with others to achieve common goals. Additionally, we are looking for someone who shares our values and is committed to making a positive impact in everything they do. Skills and Experience Required Proven experience managing teams in an operational environment. A current driver’s licence. A strong safety mindset; you lead by example. Experience in the waste management, logistics, or a similar operational environment. Confident with systems and the MS Office suite. Strong collaboration skills; you work well across teams and departments. A practical, solutions‑focused approach; you get things done. Benefits Competitive salary package.
