This Sales role based in our Melbourne, Sydney, Caboolture or Newcastle Showroom is the perfect opportunity to combine your love of the outdoors with your professional skills and help others make their dream camping adventures a reality. Austrack Team is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Trade Show Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and bring the excitement of the great outdoors to customers Australia-wide. In this role, you’ll primarily attend trade shows across the country, showcasing our range of top-quality camper trailers and hybrid campers to potential customers. We attend well over 50 trade shows per year, offering uncapped commissions in addition to your base salary. An expected OTE of 120-150k for the right candidate. When trade shows aren’t scheduled, you’ll be based in one of our nationwide showrooms, providing exceptional customer service and industry expertise to help customers make informed decisions about their outdoor adventures. If you’re ready for an adventure, passionate about the outdoors, and willing to travel frequently, we want you on our team at Austrack Campers Responsibilities Attend trade shows across the country to showcase Austrack Campers range of products and engage potential customers. Provide exceptional customer service and expert product advice in showroom and at events. Demonstrate camper trailers and hybrid caravans; conduct handovers and demonstrations. Process customer orders via the preferred accounting system – Xero. Offer post-delivery after-sales support and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Work in showrooms Monday to Saturday and travel to trade shows as required. Prepare stock for customer delivery and support showroom operations. Champion the voice of Austrack Camper customers and promote customer-centric initiatives across shows and departments. Work additional hours as reasonably required, including annual industry trade shows in Queensland and potentially interstate. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with sound knowledge of the leisure, camping and outdoors industries. Full driver’s license; ability to tow campers and caravans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Computer literacy with experience using Microsoft and Google Suite. Willingness to be hands-on and travel frequently to trade shows. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to build effective relationships with customers and colleagues, under pressure. The Rewards Salary + uncapped commissions. The more you sell, the more you will earn.
