About the Opportunity Mobys is looking for a passionate and experienced Venue Manager to join our team. About you Has a passion for hospitality and providing the best for guests Has at least two years in a manager or assistant manager of an equivalent venue Experienced in venue management, event coordination, and hospitality Proven ability to manage and drive financial aspects of restaurant operations Proficiency in inventory management and operational efficiency Knowledge of health and safety regulations Ability to work effectively under pressure and solve problems promptly An energetic and enthusiastic leader – making work fun and enjoyable for your team whilst getting the job done. Forward thinker, confident with all aspects of running a busy successful venue both in and out of service. Excellent and proactive communication, time management and leadership skills Great understanding of food, wines, cocktails Hands on approach and leads by example Exceptional people skills and dedication to the hospitality industry Drive continuous improvement across systems and service delivery Lead, support, and train high-performing teams About Mobys Mobys is a reimagined coastal icon — a waterfront Italian restaurant where history meets fresh perspective.
