Your Role at a Glance As Venue Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the operation — leading the team across the restaurant, bar, events, and gaming areas to deliver seamless service and an exceptional guest experience. You’ll balance the fast pace of a busy service with a focus on quality, consistency, and connection. Your Key Responsibilities Lead from the front — set the tone for exceptional service, teamwork, and energy across all areas. Oversee daily operations in the restaurant, bar, and gaming lounge, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high‑standard performance. Coach, develop, and motivate your team — building a culture that thrives on growth, accountability, and fun. Work hand‑in‑hand with the kitchen to deliver a unified guest experience that’s as seamless as it is memorable. Drive promotions and activations that engage guests, boost revenue, and keep the venue buzzing. Champion compliance and safety — ensure RSA, RCG, WHS, and operational standards are always on point. Plan ahead — manage rosters, forecasts, and service flow to maintain peak efficiency during busy periods.
