We have a multi-disciplinary team approach, building a quality support service around the needs and goals of our participants and their families. Job Description We are expanding our team in Katoomba and the Lower Blue Mountains region and would love to welcome a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join us in making a positive impact in our community. We are open to applications from Occupational Therapists of all levels of experience who are seeking full-time or part-time roles . In this role, you will: Assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical levels of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardized assessments. Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals tailored to each participant. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Support and advise on environmental adaptations in settings such as home, school, work, and residential facilities. Recommend the provision of Assistive Technology to help participants overcome functional limitations and promote independence. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will have: Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. A proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and eager to learn from new ideas. A desire to work in a fun, collaborative, and supportive environment. The ability to work independently.
