Occupational Therapist

Job Description We are expanding our multidisciplinary team supporting NDIS participants living in the Wollongong, Nowra & Caringbah regions and welcome an Occupational Therapist looking to make a meaningful and rewarding impact in their local community. You’ll bring expertise, maturity, and strong time management and organisational skills to the role. Successful candidates will provide supports to NDIS participants living in the following areas (depending on your location): Wollongong, Nowra & surrounding suburbs. We will provide structured supervision, mentoring, and CPD opportunities. We invest in your growth so you can thrive in our fast-paced, energetic, and enjoyable workplace. No two days are the same You might find us in childcare centres, schools, aged care facilities, day programs, the community, homes, and/or our clinic space. Responsibilities will include: Managing an allocated caseload (based on your negotiated hours) and delivering timely therapeutic services Assessing participants’ developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological, and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals tailored to each participant Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance quality of life and meet participant goals Mentoring and supporting early career clinicians Maintaining awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance What's in it for you?
