This role ensures the successful growth of the practice through productisation, delivery, and ongoing improvement of Kytec’s service offerings while managing a high‑performing technical team. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management Lead, manage, and mentor technical specialists, engineers, and team leads across all practice areas. Build a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Manage performance, capability uplift, career development, and succession planning. Ensure the team has the skills, training, and resources needed to support pipeline and project demands. Cyber Security Ownership Manage Internal Cyber Security including ISO27001: 2022 certification. Develop security frameworks, methodologies, and offerings aligned with industry standards. Support Kytec’s internal cyber posture, risk management, and uplift initiatives. Define practice strategy aligned to Kytec’s corporate objectives. Identify emerging technologies, market trends, and customer needs to inform service evolution. Build and refine service offerings across Cyber, Cloud, Managed Services, and Modern Workplace. Drive standardisation, repeatability, and scalable delivery models. Delivery Management Oversee delivery excellence across all technical projects and engagements. Ensure work is delivered to scope, budget, timeline, and quality expectations. >Manage delivery governance, escalations, risks, and issue resolution. Collaborate with PMO and Managed Services for seamless transitions. Provide technical guidance to the sales team including solution design and scoping. Participate in customer workshops and presentations. Review proposals, SoWs, and costings for accuracy. Contribute to strategic bids, tenders, and customer roadmaps. Growth & Commercial Performance Drive practice growth through new service offerings and improved capability. Support account expansion, cross-sell and up-sell activities. Manage P&L, forecasting, budgeting, and utilisation targets. Build strong customer relationships. Resourcing Develop and maintain a resource strategy supporting pipeline and delivery. Allocate technical resources across projects and internal initiatives. Manage partner, vendor, and contractor engagements. Align resource capability with the strategic roadmap. About You (Skills & Attributes) Must-Have Proven leadership experience in technical leadership or service delivery. Growth mindset Expertise in Cyber Security. Experience managing multi-disciplinary technical teams. Strong commercial acumen in P&L, forecasting, and utilisation. Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
