Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) – QLD to join our dynamic, results-driven team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about building relationships and driving brand engagement in the finance sector. Your Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of existing aggregators and brokers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. Raise brand awareness, provide education, and drive utilisation of Selfco's products. Identify and onboard new brokers, manage accreditation, and deliver training and support. Build strong rapport and maintain long-term relationships. Assist brokers with deal scenarios and manage a pipeline of business. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to influence and negotiate outcomes. What We're Looking For Proven experience in a BDM or Sales role within Equipment / Asset Finance (preferred) or Commercial / Business Lending. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong time management and organisational skills.
