Senior Staff Specialist / Staff Specialist / Senior Medical Officer-Anaesthetics Permanent full time, part time and/or temporary opportunities participating in the provision, development and maintenance of effective, efficient and equitable peri-operative clinical care to hospital patients in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary care team. About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: Provide evidence-based anaesthetic outpatient and inpatient care for the disciplines of general surgery, gynaecology, obstetric anaesthesia and analgesia, endoscopic procedures, dental procedures, ECT and limited paediatric ENT procedures. Maintain accurate electronic anaesthetic records, and document relevant clinical information legibly, concisely and accurately. Provide a 24 hour obstetric epidural service. Involvement in the on-call Anaesthetic roster.
