Role Overview To meet the needs of our growing General Liability practice, we are looking for a 1+ PAE practitioner to support the work of our dynamic Sydney team. Working alongside our Sydney Principals, you will be exposed to a variety of insurance matters including professional indemnity, personal injury and property damage. Responsibilities Support the work of the Sydney team and Principals on a range of insurance matters. Handle client enquiries, draft responses and assist with case strategy. Collaborate across the firm to ensure seamless service delivery. Contribute to the growth of the General Liability practice through proactive engagement and insight sharing. Qualifications Around 1+ years post admission experience, ideally in insurance law. Confidence, initiative and ambition to pursue a career in insurance law. Excellent written and verbal communication skills adaptable to the audience. Self‑motivated, able to work at pace and manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders without compromising attention to detail. A team player who enjoys collaboration and seeks coaching, mentoring and self‑development. Practical and client‑focused problem‑solving mindset.
