Role Description Research and compare products across multiple lenders, negotiate rates/terms and structure loan solutions. Commission only role. Prepare, lodge and track applications, working closely with support staff, BDMs and lender credit teams. Maintain high compliance standards under NCCP and best‑interests' duty, including thorough fact‑finding and record‑keeping. Build long‑term client and referral‑partner relationships, generating repeat and referred business. What you’ll bring Experience in mortgage broking or credit/lending (or strong sales/financial services background with a desire to transition). Certificate IV/Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain) and membership eligibility with MFAA/FBAA. Strong communication, problem‑solving and relationship‑building skills, with a client‑first mindset. Self‑motivation and accountability, with a desire to build your own book supported by Atlas systems, mentoring and community. Qualifications Proven skills in Mortgage Brokerage, Debt Consolidation, and Brokerage processes. Experience in Mortgage Marketing and an understanding of effective marketing strategies for mortgage solutions. Strong knowledge of finance concepts, including mortgage products and financial planning. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships and communicate financial concepts effectively. Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Certifications or licenses in mortgage brokering and finance preferred. Proficiency in financial software and CRM systems is advantageous.
