VetPartners SO - People and Culture NSWMacquarie Park,NSW Fixed Term Contract (Full time) RR- At VetPartners, we pride ourselves on delivering shared services support that drives success for our veterinary clinics, and as our Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you'll play a key supporting role in helping us engage the amazing talent that makes it all possible. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead Support Functions, you'll support with screening and scheduling interviews for our Support Offices across Australia and New Zealand, providing an outstanding candidate experience. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in a supportive, collaborative, and fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges and rewards. This role is a 6-month contract and features a hybrid work arrangement, with four days in the office to promote collaboration, build strong connections, and enhance team engagement. What you will be doing Review applications, screen candidates and schedule interviews. Build and nurture candidate pipelines, ensuring ongoing engagement for both current and future opportunities. Stay up to date on industry trends, continuously improving our processes and candidate experience. Collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team to deliver on strategic objectives. What we're looking for You are a proactive talent acquisition professional who thrives in a dynamic, relationship-driven environment. You combine a sharp eye for talent with a genuine passion for creating a positive candidate experience. You’re curious, adaptable, and bring a solution-focused mindset to every challenge. You will also have 2 years’ experience in talent acquisition, proven ability to support recruitment in complex and fast-paced environments, exceptional spoken and written communication skills, strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities, a customer-first mindset and commitment to delivering quality outcomes, experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
