Job Description You’ll be part of the Talent Acquisition group, passionate about creating exceptional candidate experiences and enabling leaders to hire Canvanauts who add to our inclusive culture and help us achieve our crazy big goals. The TA team partners deeply with leaders across all groups, embedding as strategic advisors and constantly evolving our craft to scale hiring in innovative and impactful ways. Business TA Focus The Business TA team hires for our Business functions across Canva – Marketing, Finance, Legal, Operations, People, Design, Content, and Workplace Experience. We are looking for an Australia based Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join the Business TA team. Key Responsibilities Partner with senior business leaders to understand hiring needs Design & execute sourcing strategies that bring in exceptional, diverse talent Own end‑to‑end recruitment process while delivering best‑in‑class candidate & hiring manager experiences Act as trusted advisor, coaching leaders to make high‑quality, inclusive hiring decisions Contribute to global TA initiatives Take data‑driven approach to continuously improve hiring processes, drive efficiency, and create clarity for both candidates and stakeholders Match Criteria Significant experience in business recruiting across multiple functions Skilled at building strong pipelines in competitive markets Thrives in high‑growth, fast‑moving environments and enjoys solving complex hiring challenges Influences senior stakeholders with data, insights, and market intelligence Deeply cares about creating inclusive teams and an exceptional candidate experience What's in it for you?
