Service Maintenance Manager

Waste Water Works is a NQ & FNQ base company, specializing in Water Treatment we looking for a self-motivated Service Assistance to help organize the scheduling for the Service Department. To provide assistance and support to our Clients, Customers and Staff.The position requires a person who has the ability to forward think and have great interpersonal skills. Time Management and adherence to procedures is the key to ensuring the fast-paced office is run smoothly and efficiently.This role would suit someone who has had previous administration experience within the construction or service industry. Key Responsibilities Customer service and technical support with the assistance of the design department Organize the scheduling and coordination of domestic & commercial services Liaise with customers, suppliers & contractors to meet required time frames Liaising with Customers and assisting them with inquiries/issues Manage Accounts Payable for all domestic & commercial service customers Finalise reports in a timely manner to meet Contract KPI’s Assist with quotes for repairs & defect works found during services and call outs Accurately entering information into Simpro Assisting with managing workloads within the office Developing and implementing Policies and Procedures in conjunction with Technical Specifications and Contractual Agreements Corrective Action reporting Compiling reports to Government Departments Monitoring the Qbuild Portal daily Answering calls and directing them to the appropriate department Communicate effectively with Field Service Team Attend schedule meetings with customers for service contacts Skills & Attributes Previous Managerial or Supervisor experience within the construction or service industry Demonstrated attention to detail with meticulous time and workload management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks Demonstrated ability to take initiative Sound oral, written communication and interpersonal skills Confident to work unsupervised or in a team environment Strong experience with MS Office Suite particularly Word and Excel Experience using Simpro would be an advantage This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to work in a small, friendly team environment.
