The AMS Group employs over 60 staff across its carpentry, plumbing, maintenance, commercial building services. We are a long established, ever-expanding, multi trade, building maintenance company that services the South-EastQueensland region. About the role We are seeking a fulltime ‘ServiceCo-ordinator’ to provide exceptional customer service to our existing and growing client base. Duties include: Scheduling work and attendances for our trades. High volume data entry including preparation of quotes and invoices. Liaising with clients, Trades, estimators, suppliers, and external contractors regularly. Requirements for the role Experience in a similar position within the trade service industry an advantage but not a requirement. SimPRO software experience is highly desirable but not mandatory as training will be provided. Bubbly, friendly approachable personality. Pleasant and patient phone manner. Reliable and team oriented. Ability to multitask, prioritize and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Current drivers’ licence and own reliable transport a must.
