We are seeking a professional and motivated Full-Time Service Coordinator to join our growing team, based across our Gold Coast office. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule all jobs, quotes, activities, and field tasks efficiently Manage and maintain the trade and booking calendar Liaise with builders, trades, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth job progression Support Project Managers with daily administrative and operational requirements Respond to all enquiries professionally and in a timely manner Participate in an on‑call after‑hours job booking roster (every 7–8 weeks) Remain adaptable and responsive to emergency job requirements Key Skills & Experience: Previous experience in a similar coordination or scheduling role (essential) SimPRO experience highly regarded but not essential – training provided Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills Excellent verbal and written communication High attention to detail and commitment to job completion Client-focused with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships About the Role: Full‑time role | Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Based across our Gold Coast office Immediate start available What We Offer: Stable, long‑term employment in a successful business Competitive salary package Supportive, team‑focused culture Uniforms and company phone provided Ongoing training and genuine opportunities for career growth If you're looking to join a respected name in insurance-based trade services , and thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic role — we’d love to hear from you.
