About the Role We’re seeking a Client Service Coordinator who brings structure, initiative, and warmth to our operations. This role is perfect for someone who loves people, thrives in an organised environment, and takes pride in delivering a seamless client experience. You’ll be the connecting link between our clients, our salons, and our internal teams, ensuring everything runs smoothly across appointments, communication, and daily operations. Key Responsibilities Client Experience & Communication Act as the friendly first point of contact for clients: in person, by phone, email, or social media. Deliver a polished and professional standard of customer service, ensuring every interaction reflects our brand values. Manage and optimise salon bookings to prevent scheduling gaps or double bookings. Support clients in rescheduling or managing their appointments with empathy and efficiency. Operational & Administrative Support Assist with stock management, product orders, and general salon inventory processes. Support packing and dispatch of online orders for both EVEKO and Glow Up Beverages. Maintain client and business records accurately across CRM systems. Assist with invoicing, reporting, and administrative tasks to support the management team. Team & Business Support Liaise with the General Manager and Operations team to provide feedback and support continual improvement across salons and client service operations. Ensure consistent communication across teams and uphold company standards in every task. Contribute to a positive, supportive, and efficient workplace culture. About You We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, polished, and dependable; the type who loves ticking things off lists and keeping everything in order. You'll bring: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational ability and attention to detail. Experience in a customer service or administration role. Competence with booking systems, email management, and CRM tools. A calm, solution-focused approach to problem-solving. A team-first attitude and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
