Our Coordination Team is looking for a new team member to join our dynamic and fast‑paced environment. Priorities can shift quickly, so adaptability and focus are key. You’ll thrive if you’re super‑organised, deadline‑driven, calm under pressure, and have a genuine passion for teamwork. This position works on a rotating roster, including public holiday coverage, and seeks someone who brings energy, initiative, and a positive attitude to every challenge. Key responsibilities Handling incoming calls and directing them across the business. Managing and updating the Client Activities Calendar, including design and delivery. Coordinating client services and Caregiver schedules using Dovida’s matching principles. Maintaining accurate records in client and Caregiver platforms. Supporting Caregivers through regular communication and guidance. Assisting with admin tasks and driving continuous improvement. Providing occasional coverage on public holidays and after‑hours. About You Strong organisational and communication skills. A big heart, patience, and a genuine desire to improve the lives of seniors. Experience with Canva, Microsoft‑365, and Mailchimp (or similar tools). A knack for learning new technologies and interpreting data. Scheduling or aged‑care experience (advantageous but not essential). A flexible, team‑first attitude and readiness to help wherever needed.
