UHY Haines Norton Sydney is seeking a motivated and proactive Business Services Manager to join our Business Services team. Our firm UHY Haines Norton is a Sydney based firm with both International and National affiliations that will allow you to work with an interesting client base that ranges from listed companies to medium to large private entities across a wide variety of industries. About the role As a Business Services Manager you will manage staff and work directly with the business services partner to provide a complete compliance and advisory service to our clients. Duties of this role include but are not limited to: Managing a team of full‑time accountants including delegating and reviewing work; A strong understanding of Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Fringe Benefits Tax and Division 7A; Demonstrated skills in structuring and asset protection, small business concessions; Ability to manage a portfolio of clients while looking to cross‑sell the firm’s other services; Attending to client’s administration and compliance matters; Communicating with clients as required. Qualifications and Experience CA Qualified; Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Manager or Assistant Manager within the profession; Strong commitment to quality service, meeting expectations and achieving deadlines; Strong problem‑solving skills and high attention to detail; Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate, report and present to clients; Ability to build strong relationships both internally and with clients; Ability to focus on personal growth as well as growth for individual team members; Proactive and a demonstrated self‑starter. Salary levels will be commensurate with experience, education and the ability to display exceptional communication skills.
