Role in a Nutshell As our Head of Retail, you’ll lead the future of Review’s retail footprint, steering strategy, performance, and customer experience across our national store network. You’ll be a key member of Brand Collective’s leadership team, partnering with executives to review, refine, and deliver bold strategies that strengthen Review’s market position and create an exceptional customer journey. This role is perfect for a commercially minded, customer-obsessed retail leader who thrives on driving growth, leading high-performing teams, and shaping the next chapter of an iconic brand. What You Will Be Doing Lead the design and delivery of a multi-channel retail strategy that drives sustainable growth. Partner with leadership on long-term vision, reviewing and adapting strategy to market trends and opportunities. Oversee projects that enhance business performance, from store design and refurbishments to new retail initiatives. Continuously review customer insights and sales performance to refine customer experience strategies. Lead budget planning, financial performance, and operational excellence across the store network. Champion retail operations, ensuring excellence across POS, stock, cash, and compliance. Collaborate with VM and Marketing to align brand identity and elevate in-store experiences. Lead, inspire and develop Area and Multi-Site Managers to deliver high performance across Australia. Partner with People & Culture to nurture talent and build capability across the retail team. What You Will Bring 10+ years’ senior retail leadership experience across 60+ stores in premium or specialty retail. Proven ability to deliver on sales growth, KPIs, and financial targets. Skilled in reviewing, developing, and executing large-scale projects. Strong commercial mindset with deep understanding of retail operations and profitability drivers. Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills. Strategic thinker with agility to pivot strategies in response to evolving customer trends. Financially confident, with expertise in budgets, EBIT, shrinkage, and productivity. Passionate about customer experience, brand aesthetics, and service excellence. A natural leader and communicator, motivated by developing talent and building strong teams.
