With several years of hands‑on marketing experience, you’re looking to deepen your expertise, take ownership of campaigns, and contribute meaningfully to commercial success. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Sydney, with 2–3 days in our Leichhardt office. To be eligible, you must have full working rights in Australia. What you’ll be doing: As our Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in planning, executing, and optimising marketing campaigns that: drive business growth showcase the impact of our products empower our sales teams to engage meaningfully with schools and educators Working alongside a passionate, hands‑on marketing team, you’ll take ownership of diverse projects and initiatives, helping shape and deliver high‑quality marketing outcomes. Key responsibilities include: Plan, coordinate, and execute multi‑channel campaigns (email, social, web, landing pages) within budget and timelines Contribute to lead generation (MQLs) and improve conversion rates Support cross‑sell, upsell, and renewal strategies to drive customer lifetime value Monitor and optimise campaign performance, including CPC, engagement metrics, and conversion rates Analyse campaign data and provide insights to inform future strategy Coordinate event logistics and support event strategy and execution Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Product, and Global Marketing teams Manage competing priorities and projects within tight deadlines Stay up to date with the education market, industry trends, and competitive landscape Bring fresh thinking and creativity to all marketing initiatives What you’ll bring with you: Bachelor’s degree in commerce specialising in marketing (or similar) is preferred 3–4+ years’ experience in B2B marketing roles such as Marketing Coordinator/Executive or similar Sound experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo) Strong written and verbal communication skills High level of attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to analyse data and make insights‑driven recommendations Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Experience working and communicating with various stakeholders Working knowledge of social media publishing, content management systems, and reporting tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Canva) Prior experience in event planning and project coordination is a plus Personal attributes: Proactive self‑starter who takes initiative Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Passionate about marketing and eager to drive business impact Analytical and detail‑oriented, with a results‑driven mindset A team player who collaborates effectively with cross‑functional teams A creative thinker with problem‑solving skills Comfortable driving campaigns with minimal supervision Able to proactively identify opportunities to optimise campaigns Why you’ll love working at 3P Learning: This role offers the chance to deepen your marketing expertise in a commercially focused B2B environment, perfect for someone ready to step up from tactical campaign work to end‑to‑end strategic execution.
