As a NSW-based marketing lead, you will be hands‑on ensuring you efficiently and effectively deliver upon our marketing plans & initiatives. At commencement your core focus will be upon our newest NSW site, Newgreens Chatswood – a reimagined golf precinct that’s shaking up the golf industry. Once complete the re‑designed course will deliver a quality 12‑hole layout, offering opportunities to play shorter, more flexible games of golf for the modern golf market. The brand‑new clubhouse opened in October, and it’s certainly not a stuffy old school golf clubhouse. Fully open to the public with breathtaking views, Italian‑inspired Dodici restaurant, Tempo café, gym and hydrotherapy pool and multiple function spaces, Newgreens Chatswood is building to be a social hub inviting the community to come together for health & wellness pursuits, entertainment and functions. Responsibilities Development and execution of strategic and tactical marketing plans and initiatives Bringing our brands to life and ensuring consistency across all channels and platforms Overseeing the creation of compelling content for various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and goals Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, using data to drive continuous improvement Developing and managing marketing budgets with venue management Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, venue management and external partners Developing and implementing communication strategies to build the business and enhance the brands’ reputation Cultivating relationships with media and managing press releases, media events, and other PR initiatives as required The perks Idyllic work location Free onsite parking Market comparable salary Salary packaging opportunities Free golf and gym access across our managed sites – fair use policy applies Discounted food and beverages Great workplace culture, true to our values Opportunity for growth and involvement in projects of significance for the business About you Bachelor of Marketing, Media, Communications or equivalent Minimum of 8+ years relevant practical experience Get #it done attitude, excellent communication, time management and ability to juggle multiple competing priorities Working knowledge of the online digital space and emerging technology Sound understanding of digital marketing practices including SEM, SEO, CPC and remarketing advertising strategies Valid driver’s licence – site visits required Love variety in your day (from a golf buggy ride out to the 4th tee or coming up with cool funky community activations, this role will have it all) Please don’t delay in sending through your application with a cover letter and current resume as applications will be reviewed as they are received.
