About the Role We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in executing effective marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate event registrations. The ideal candidate will perform with agility and excel in prioritisation of a broad range of responsibilities as they work with multiple Marketing Managers to deliver projects and deadlines across events and industries. This is a permanent full‑time role based in Sydney with the possibility of combined home/office‑based arrangements to have flexible work‑life balance. Responsibilities Marketing Strategies – Support and independently execute comprehensive event marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Campaign Execution – Develop and execute campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels. Understand Your Customer – Conduct market research to identify trends, new opportunities, and target audiences. Brand Management – Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all marketing touchpoints. Content Creation – Develop engaging content for social media, websites, and promotional materials. Analytics – Track and analyse marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data‑driven decisions. Collaborate & Innovate – Work cross‑functionally with internal teams and external partners to enhance customer engagement. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years experience in marketing roles, ideally within a B2B environment. Strong knowledge of branding, digital marketing, and content marketing. Core skills in social media management, website management, email campaign planning/creation/management and SMS campaigns. Excellent communication, creative thinking, and problem‑solving skills. Exceptional organisational and project management abilities. Passion for learning and professional development.
