Role Responsibilities Policy and Program Development You will have responsibility for the following activities and tasks: Lead the development, implementation and evaluation of complex policies and programs, ensuring they align with organisational objectives, government priorities, and deliver measurable outcomes. Provide strategic advice to senior management on policy and program matters, providing evidence-based recommendations that address risks and opportunities. Manage stakeholder engagement processes by fostering collaboration, gathering diverse perspectives, and ensuring policies and programs reflect stakeholder needs and priorities. Oversee the preparation of high-level reports, submissions, and correspondence to effectively communicate complex information with clarity, accuracy, and alignment to organisational standards. Monitor emerging trends and issues to identify risks and opportunities, ensuring policies and programs remain relevant, responsive, and forward‑looking. Data Analytics and Business Insights You will have responsibility for the following activities and tasks: Lead the design and delivery of advanced data analytics projects, ensuring they align with organisational priorities and deliver actionable insights. Provide expert advice on data‑driven decision‑making to senior management, translating complex data insights into clear, strategic recommendations. Develop and implement data strategies that optimise data collection, integration, and analysis processes, to improve organisational performance. Mentor and support junior team members in data analysis and reporting, by providing technical guidance, coaching, and constructive feedback to enhance their skills. Establish and maintain robust data governance frameworks, ensuring all analytics activities comply with organisational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
