Your role is central to improving patient outcomes and ensuring high-quality care for children, adolescents, and young adults (0–24 years). In this role you will: Provide consultation and support to staff and managers across mental and general health teams, as well as external agencies. Lead, mentor, and support your team to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, risk management, and legal / regulatory requirements. Implement service improvements, models of care, and evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes. Collaborate with the CAMHS Service Manager to ensure the delivery of the Caring for the Coast Strategy. Have current APHRA Registration and hold authority to practice as a Registered Nurse. Hold a current NSW drivers' licence and paid Working With Children Check. Extensive knowledge and experience in acute child and / or young person\'s mental health (0-24 years) Proven leadership and management skills and demonstrated ability to lead, manage and support a multidisciplinary team Demonstrated knowledge in initiating and implementing changes to improve clinical service delivery and outcomes, models of care, evidence-based practice and practice development.
