Job Details Employment Type: Full time Permanent Position Classification: Health Clinician Level 5 Remuneration: Depending upon qualifications Hours Per Week: 38 Location: Tuggerah Mental Health Services Requisition ID: REQ Applications Close: Sunday, 16th November at 11:59 PM About The Opportunity As the CAT and Safeguard Team Leader, you will provide expert clinical and operational leadership while supervising a multidisciplinary team. Your role is central to improving patient outcomes and ensuring high-quality care for children, adolescents, and young adults (0–24 years). In this role you will: Provide consultation and support to staff and managers across mental and general health teams, as well as external agencies. Lead, mentor, and support your team to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, risk management, and legal / regulatory requirements. Implement service improvements, models of care, and evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes. Collaborate with the CAMHS Service Manager to ensure the delivery of the Caring for the Coast Strategy. About You We are looking for someone who has : You would like to make a difference in people\'s lives and like a new challenge every day. Have current APHRA Registration and hold authority to practice as a Registered Nurse. Hold a current NSW drivers' licence and paid Working With Children Check. Extensive knowledge and experience in acute child and / or young person\'s mental health (0-24 years) Proven leadership and management skills and demonstrated ability to lead, manage and support a multidisciplinary team Demonstrated knowledge in initiating and implementing changes to improve clinical service delivery and outcomes, models of care, evidence-based practice and practice development.
