What You’ll Do Identity Design/Design Diverse Assets: Develop brand guidelines and create logos that encapsulate the essence of each brand, ensuring a memorable and consistent presence across all platforms. Visual Storytelling: Design key visuals, packaging, illustrations, animations, and iconography to enhance brand storytelling and foster loyalty and recognition. Conceptualize Creative Ideas: Develop and layout creative ideas in support of all marketing activities, including advertising, events, and promotional efforts. Design e‑newsletters, presentation decks, web/mobile sites, EDMs, brochures, and annual reports. Interactive Design Development: Craft engaging and immersive interactive designs for both clients and the company, elevating the user experience and brand engagement. Campaign Concept and Design: Lead the creative concept and design development of company or client campaigns, translating business and marketing needs into impactful visual concepts that enhance creative strength. Collaboration and Presentation: Present finalized ideas and concepts to the team or client, working closely with departments to ensure alignment and cohesion in day‑to‑day responsibilities. Deliverable Management: Manage the execution of all creative deliverables, ensuring they meet project schedules and deadlines while maintaining overall quality and design consistency. Adaptability and Multitasking: Efficiently multitask and react quickly to shifting priorities, assisting in any other marketing duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned. What You’ve Done You have a strong foundation in brand or graphic design, with experience in creating compelling brand identities that resonate with target audiences. Your proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.) allows you to bring creative visions to life with precision and flair. You have a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout. You thrive in collaborative environments, working seamlessly with cross‑functional teams to deliver cohesive and impactful design solutions. Your experience includes developing brand guidelines, designing logos, and creating visuals that ensure a consistent brand presence across multiple platforms.
