About This Role We’re looking for a Creative Designer who can bring ideas to life through exceptional visual design. This role is ideal for someone early in their career with solid design foundations and a passion for learning. In this role, you’ll produce high‑quality creative assets across digital, social, and print channels, ensuring everything aligns with our brand and accessibility standards. You’ll collaborate with passionate teams, create impactful work, and explore new tools to keep our creative fresh and impactful. The position is initially offered as a 12‑month maximum‑term contract position with the potential to be extended or converted to permanent in the future. What You'll Do Design engaging visual assets for campaigns and activations. Develop templates to maintain brand consistency across Make‑Wish teams and volunteers. Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to optimise assets for different platforms. Manage Canva templates and provide training/support for internal users. Keep projects organised using tools like Asana and Figma. Ensure all creative meets child safety and organisational risk policies. What We're Looking For A design qualification or equivalent experience, working in fast‑paced environments. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva. Experience creating motion assets (GIFs, reels, animations) and editing video for social platforms. Good understanding of digital performance and accessibility principles. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. A collaborative, curious mindset with a passion for exploring new tools, trends and ideas.
