With over 1,000 team members across our parks, there’s never a dull moment, and we’re looking for an energetic Learning & Development Advisor to help support and grow our talented team. Responsibilities Create highly interactive learning content and support the rollout of both digital and face‑to‑face learning experiences. Help drive the ongoing success of our learning platforms. Provide support for our Traineeship and Apprenticeship programs. Maintain and report on training records and compliance across the business. Qualifications 1–2 years experience in a similar role. Keen eye for design and experience with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate preferred). Creative mindset, love for clean, engaging content, and confidence to facilitate learning in a fun and meaningful way. Highly organised, tech‑literate, great attention to detail, and ability to juggle priorities. Strong communication skills and collaborative approach. Bonus if you have video editing or animation tools (e.g., Vyond), a Cert IV in Training & Assessment, or familiarity with adult learning principles. What’s in it for you?
