About the Role Kinetic IT is looking for a creative Learning and Development Advisor to join the team for an initial 12-month fixed-term contract starting January. Responsibilities Conducting learning needs analysis, prioritising capability development needs for specific projects in partnership with SMEs and wider People and Community. Managing Kinetic IT's Traineeship Program. Instructional design and delivering training. Learning and Development program design and delivery. Learning documentation creation and implementation. Information and business advice – resolving queries from learners, course owners / SMEs, vendors & partners, providing information on learning programs, adult learning principles, policies and procedures, and referring the most complex issues to others. L&D data management – carrying out a range of data processing tasks (principally within the LMS or associated reporting); advising colleagues and providing guidance on processes as needed. Completing reviews of the Quality Management System documentation processes within the professional domain and applying continuous improvement updates as necessary. What you'll bring to the table Previous experience in learning and development or instructional design. Exposure to organisational change management. Experience using LMS. Experience being delegated a piece of work within the learning space and delivering on it. Experience with Articulate. Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills.
