Job Type: Permanent position | Full time position Job Description Join Our Team at This Is Us Baked Goods Pty Ltd We’re looking for an experienced Food Technologist to help us deliver exceptional baked goods. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring quality, innovation, and compliance across our production processes. Implement and maintain a robust quality management system Oversee raw material quality control and compliance Provide expert guidance on processing, packaging, and delivery standards Evaluate food products for flavour, texture, and nutritional value Advise on storage, processing, and packaging operations Identify and resolve production issues through corrective actions Develop and manage HACCP plans Experience & Skills Required Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Food Technologist, ideally in bakehouse or pâtisserie production Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or Food Science Proven experience in product development and design Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment Why Join Us At This Is Us Baked Goods, we value creativity, collaboration, and quality.
