About the role: As the Senior Accounts Payable Officer, reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring all accounts payable transactions at GrainCorp are processed accurately and on time. This role supports compliance with company policies, fosters strong vendor relationships, resolves discrepancies, and contributes to continuous improvement of AP processes. In this role you will: Assist the Team Lead in reporting and monitoring key AP performance indicators, ensuring progress is tracked and communicated effectively Ensure invoices are processed and paid accurately and on time, in line with company policies and agreed payment terms Effectively administer the corporate card program and support users with expense reconciliation and reimbursement through the expense management system Provide support for travel program management and assist travel bookers across the business Maintain compliance with AP procedures, company policies, and relevant legislative requirements What we offer: Hybrid work and flexible leave options including birthday leave We’re proud to be a Family Inclusive Workplace accredited employer, supporting balance, care and flexibility in every career Ready to apply?
