Job Number QYKP3 Location Chatswood office, close to public transport. Overview As a Senior Accounts Payable Officer, you will manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of various government grant and vendor payments. You will oversee over 150 monthly rentals of leased office locations, contribute to an AP automation project, and support smooth month‑end and year‑end close activities. Qualifications & Experience Demonstrable experience in a dedicated accounts payable position. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance is advantageous; otherwise, proficiency with any large ERP accounting system. Strong Microsoft Suite skills; medium‑to‑advanced Excel expertise is essential. Relevant qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field is desirable. Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem‑solving abilities. Skills & Attributes Proactive self‑starter who can manage multiple priorities independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Required Checks & Setup A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory prior to commencement.
