# Legal Counsel – Mining### Job Description**Create the career pathway you want with LOD**We’re working on an exciting assignment with a top tier mining Company for a commercial lawyer to join us, and kick-start their LOD career with this assignment based in Perth.This assignment will see you advising on a range of matters including commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, regulatory compliance through to joint venture work.
