ERP Product Lead – Ongoing Full Time Salary: $115,377 pa + super + 19 day month. Location: Ringwood / Hybrid Work from Home. Maroondah City Council is seeking a talented and passionate ERP Product Lead to join the Cyber and Technology Team. Reporting to the Business Systems Modernisation Manager, the ERP Product Lead will work closely with the ERP Project team and various Service Areas (departments) within Council to understand business needs and optimise/configure the ERP system accordingly. The ERP Product Lead will play a critical role in ensuring Maroondah’s OneCouncil ERP System remains fit for purpose and capable of meeting Maroondah’s current and future needs. Day‑to‑day duties include troubleshooting issues, creating new reports and forms, and implementing new configurations as required. Key responsibilities Documenting ERP Requests: Gather and document ERP requests from business users to ensure clarity and accuracy. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to the ERP, including liaising with TechnologyOne consulting experts. Lead and oversee system upgrades and enhancements, including facilitating User Acceptance Testing. Creating comprehensive scope documents: Develop detailed high‑level scope documents that outline project requirements and objectives. Perform system enhancements: Execute IT system enhancements based on gathered requirements to improve functionality and performance. Developing custom programs: Create customised programs, scripts, and ERP configurations to meet business needs. Generate and distribute reports, data visualisations, and dashboards tailored for diverse audiences, including both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Collaborate with experts: Work closely with external ERP vendor/experts to build an internal knowledge base and expertise. Troubleshooting and optimisation: Troubleshoot issues and optimise system performance to ensure efficient operations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field. Demonstrated experience performing business analysis tasks such as process mapping, requirements gathering, report writing and process improvement. At least 5 years of solid ERP technical support experience as a specialist, ideally with TechnologyOne’s CiAnywhere platform. Proficiency creating and publishing reports, data visualisations, and dashboards for technical and non‑technical audiences. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts and solution options in simple terms to stakeholders and decision makers.
