Senior Project Manager – HR

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a major HR & Payroll ERP implementation for a large enterprise organisation. This is a critical transformation project requiring strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end delivery expertise. Key Responsibilities: Drive the implementation of a new HR & Payroll ERP system from planning through to go-live. Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and risks across multiple workstreams. Coordinate vendor engagement and ensure solution design meets business requirements. Oversee testing, data migration, change management, and transition to BAU. Provide clear reporting and updates to senior stakeholders and governance forums. About You: Proven experience delivering large-scale ERP implementations (HR/Payroll highly desirable). Strong project governance and risk management skills. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships effectively. Familiarity with change management principles and business readiness activities.
