What you’ll do: This role will support a portfolio of sustaining capital mining projects across major resource clients, contributing to the delivery of high-quality, well-governed project documentation. As a Senior Document Controller, you will play a key role in managing project information, ensuring compliance with client and internal standards, and supporting project teams to work efficiently and safely. You will oversee document workflows, maintain accurate records, and champion best practice in document control across multidisciplinary engineering projects. Manage all incoming and outgoing project documentation using Aconex. Administer document control workflows, transmittals, reviews, and approvals. Maintain accurate document registers and ensure full traceability. Support engineering and project teams in adhering to document control processes. Ensure alignment with client requirements and WSP quality standards. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive consistent information management practices. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members where required. About You Proven experience working as a Document Controller on mining or heavy industry projects Strong hands‑on experience with Aconex Understanding of engineering documentation, drawings, specifications, and quality systems Ability to manage competing priorities and work within a fast‑paced project environment Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capability Experience supporting sustaining capital or brownfields projects (highly regarded) Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.
