Territory Manager Maryborough to Childers Ready to drive growth We're on the hunt for a confident self-starting Territory Manager who knows the Hervey Bay region like the back of their hand. If you're a natural at building rapport spotting opportunities and closing the deal this is your chance to make a real impact in a growing industry with Australia's leading waste management company. About the role Covering the territory from Maryborough through to Childers this is a client-facing on-the-road role where you'll be the face of Cleanaway meeting with customers creating tailored solutions and helping drive sustainable waste outcomes. What you'll be doing: Proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities through outreach and face-to-face engagement Building strong lasting relationships with new and existing clients Developing strategic sales plans and delivering tailored waste solutions Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth and responsive customer experience Keeping your pipeline healthy and up-to-date in Salesforce Providing accurate forecasts and reporting to help steer business growth What we're looking for: Someone who loves the thrill of hunting down new business thrives on meeting new people and enjoys being part of a supportive collaborative team. You'll be backed by a strong network but have the independence to make your mark across your territory.
