About the Role As a Change Practitioner , you will be joining the T&TB team in Corporate and Institutional Banking, that’s doubling down on customer obsession. Key Responsibilities Change management strategies and plans, including implementing them through change management principles, techniques and tools (change definition canvas) Communication and stakeholder engagement strategies and plans including identifying and managing highly impacted and influential stakeholders Evaluate the impact of a planned change across business elements including colleague, process, governance, capabilities, systems and information (business impact assessments/stakeholder mapping/ learning needs analysis) Creation of learning material for highly impacted and influential stakeholders Stakeholder readiness approach and planning (business readiness assessments and change readiness) Hypercare approach and planning Change tracking and reporting, including change adoption metrics, success metrics, benefits realisation, sentiment and buy‑in What You Will Bring Experience (5+) years creating change strategies/plans with successful implementation and user adoption Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a range of senior stakeholders Strategic mindset – Deep understanding of the long‑term vision and how delivered benefits are aligned to strategic priorities Change management technology methodology – ability to understand the impact of change management tools such as change readiness assessments, impact assessments and change adoption risks/mitigates Diversity & Inclusion A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone.
