If you excel at building relationships and consistently strive to exceed expectations, this could be the perfect role for you In this fast‑paced environment, you'll communicate with a diverse range of customers while working within a supportive team. This key position acts as a bridge between our service customers and the workshop, ensuring an outstanding level of service. You should possess excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to quickly build rapport, and enjoy face‑to‑face interactions with customers as they drop off and pick up their vehicles. A Day in the Life of a Service Advisor: Greet customers in the service driveway or department when they arrive to drop off their vehicles. Keep customers informed throughout the day about any additional work recommended by the technician. Notify customers when their vehicles are ready for pickup. Create Repair Orders, prepare job costs, and review completed work with customers during payment. Candidates must have intermediate computer skills to effectively manage repair orders and administrative tasks.
