A very rare opportunity exists for a Service Advisor to join our team at Prestige Automotive Group in Southport. With a focus on customer service excellence and working well within a close-knit and highly professional dealership team, we seek the services of a proactive individual, passionate about the luxury automotive industry. As part of a dedicated team, you will be responsible for helping to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers. Responsibilities Managing the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction are always upheld. Coordinating service department and loan car bookings in a timely and accurate manner. Recommending and selling necessary products and services to the customer. Working collaboratively and efficiently with all departments of the dealership including Sales, Parts, Bodyshop, Customer Relations and Marketing. Be customer focused and able to establish and develop long-term customer relationships. Excellent communication and negotiation skills; both written and verbal. Ability to work well within a small team. Honest and reliable. Ability to solve problems, prioritise work tasks, meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
