We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team at our Robina Dealership , delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient coordination of vehicle servicing. What the role entails: Providing the ultimate customer service experience to our clients face to face Building and maintaining positive customer and employee relationships Maintaining regular contact with our customers to provide updates Communicating with internal department teams to make sure all vehicles are completed and ready on time for our customers as promised Handling customer concerns and complaints with prompt solution based outcomes Eagerness to learn and grow, while being humble when mistakes are made Offering accurate estimates for customers requiring additional work or repairs Being a champion of objections – There is always a positive outcome Ongoing training and development. If you have the desire to grow we will get you there What we are looking for: Proven experience as a Service Advisor highly desired, or experience in Banking, Real Estate or customer facing roles Excellent customer service with well-developed verbal and written communication skills A proactive person who presents professionally Experience in a department where KPIs are used Experience with Pentana Solutions (Reynolds & Reynolds) highly desired but not essential Ability to sell additional work as required Someone who can work autonomously but thrives when part of a team.
