Due to growth, we are recruiting permanent Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to work within the community space in Adelaide. You will be using your clinical knowledge and experience to assess patient and carer needs for education and / or support and be an advocate for the patient and their family. Responsibilities As a Community Enrolled Nurse, you'll be visiting multiple clients homes in the community each shift typically 8-10 patients per shift. You will undertake wound care (including thorough assessments and regime changes), compression bandaging, medication management, continence and stomal care & aged care nursing assessments. Our supportive management team will work to accommodate preferences and requests and if necessary, can offer alternative shift times.
