About the Role We are looking for an experienced Social Worker to join our expanding specialist older‑adult mental health program at the Northern Health Broadmeadows Site. The Senior Social Worker Key Clinician will support high‑quality service provision, quality improvement, staff performance, wellbeing and professional development, while maintaining a clinical load. Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience in the mental health sector Experience leading mental health Social Workers and staff across multiple sites Demonstrated commitment to recovery‑oriented practice and evidence‑based interventions in older adults Ability to provide professional leadership including supervision and consultation to staff Experience in service improvement and innovation with an appreciation of interdisciplinary practiceGood working knowledge of NDIS, VCAT and My Aged Care options, processes and requirements High‑level leadership, negotiation and interpersonal skills Developed self‑management skills, able to meet tight timelines and prioritise competing demands Able to interpret information, data and evidence to inform decision making and planning Understanding of governance and legislative responsibilities of a Social Work Leader, able to work with the Director of Allied Health, Mental Health and SOACS Manager Next Steps If this opportunity sounds like the next step in your career, please click the 'Apply' button and follow the prompts.
