Providing monthly reporting on accounts receivable data and reporting on collection arrangements outside of engagement terms. Facilitating the fee queries process including analysis of issues and actively pursuing resolutions, whilst maintaining a positive client experience. Administration of the debtor's process in accordance with business procedures. About you You will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with experience in a financial or professional services environment preferred. You'll have strong working experience in Excel. Working experience in APS would be beneficial but not essential. You'll be resourceful and solution focused, with an empathetic yet resilient nature.
